The Masters of Educational Administration aims to prepare
teachers with the skills and knowledge for a successful career in educational
administration. The successful management and administration of an educational
institution relies on specialist knowledge which differs from managing
a regular commercial enterprise. Graduates must deal with the unique demands
of an academic curriculum and the challenges associated with running within
a regulatory framework set by government. Thus this degree hopes to provide
teachers with specialist management knowledge and managers with specialist
educational knowledge that will allow both to succeed in Educational Administration.
